We design and layout printed circuit boards. Engineering Services can be provided to take your idea or schematic diagram and bill of materials and completely design the printed circuit board, produce a prototype for testing and also provide production services.

Specify exactly what you want:

What is the board supposed to do?

What are the inputs and outputs including cables and connectors?

What are the physical constraints including enclosures, if any?

Any other requirements?

We generate a specification that includes a schematic, bill of materials and a drawing set that completely describes the Printed Circuit Board. See the check list, below. This is sent to you for review and approval.

Produce the boards to your schedule, on time.

f you already have a schematic diagram and a bill of materials, we can lay the board out for you. We also need to know your board dimensions with mounting holes and any special cutouts located on the board plus any special component locations. For quoting purposes, we need the schematic, BOM and board size and knowledge of any special cutouts.

Complete bill of materials includes (for each part):

Reference numbers
Description
Manufacturer
Manufacturer's part number
Identify any customer or proprietary parts supplied

Complete layout package includes:

Schematic diagrams
PC Board dimensions with mounting holes, cutouts, connectors, etc. located
Fabrication drawings (only if needed)
Assembly drawings (only if needed)
